Academy Dental Care is partnering with dental practices across the nation and Smiles for Life from March 2019 through June 2019 to whiten teeth for a charitable cause! In an effort to help our community and those in need, you can schedule an appointment with us for a teeth whitening session, and rather than paying for the service, your $100 donation will go directly to the Smiles for Life charity and help raise money for less fortunate children locally and globally!
Ultradent donates the supplies, we donate our time, and our patients receive bright new smiles! Participating in community partnerships allows a small business like us to bring together our dental supply company, our patients, our team, the Crown Council, and the NM Children’s Cancer Fund to make a difference in a child’s life!
Beginning in 1998, Smiles for Life has raised over $40 million. One hundred percent of these proceeds have been donated by patients receiving the teeth whitening services, and one hundred percent are given to participating local and national charities that benefit children such as The Children’s Cancer Fund of New Mexico, St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital, Feed the Children, Ronald McDonald House, and many more.
Smiles for Life is a charity of the Crown Council, an allegiance of leading-edge dentists, who our very own Dr. Chelsea Gonzales is a member of. She along with many other dentists from hundreds of practices throughout the U.S. and Canada, will donate their time and talents to whitening teeth with supplies donated by Ultradent. Together, they offer a
professional service at a significantly reduced price to help donate to underprivileged, sick, and disabled children.
These profits are distributed to both local and world-wide charities, with fifty percent going to the dental practices’ local partner and the remaining being distributed globally. Our local charity is the Children’s Cancer Fund of New Mexico – a wonderful organization that helps children with cancer and their families.
